Final service availability may depend on property condition, access, weather, safety concerns, equipment limitations, and local disposal requirements.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided.

Quotes may be based on:

• Photos
• Property size
• Square footage
• Surface condition
• Type of material
• Amount of debris or items
• Accessibility
• Required labor
• Disposal or dump fees

Final pricing may change if the actual job conditions are different from what was originally shown or described. If pricing needs to change, we will communicate that before continuing the work.

3. Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for making sure we have safe and reasonable access to the work area.

Before service, customers should:

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Loose roof tiles or shingles
• Failing sealant
• Electrical issues
• Damaged screens
• Oxidized surfaces
• Pre-existing stains
• Delicate landscaping
• Cameras, outlets, fixtures, or other exterior devices

Falcon Exterior Solutions, LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor installation, age, deterioration, or surfaces that are not properly maintained.

5. Soft Washing and Pressure Washing Disclaimer

We use appropriate cleaning methods based on the surface being serviced. Some surfaces require low-pressure soft washing, while others may allow controlled pressure washing.

Results may vary depending on:

• Age of the surface
• Staining depth
• Mold, mildew, algae, or rust buildup
• Oxidation
• Paint condition
• Prior chemical exposure
• Drainage and water flow
• Surface material

We do not guarantee removal of every stain, mark, discoloration, rust spot, oil stain, or organic buildup.

6. Roof Cleaning Disclaimer

Roof soft washing is performed using low-pressure cleaning methods. Customers understand that roofs may have pre-existing conditions that are not always visible before cleaning.

7. Hauling and Property Cleanup

For hauling and cleanup services, customers are responsible for accurately describing the items or materials to be removed.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Yard waste

• Mattresses
• Hazardous items
• Extra labor
• Long carry distances
• Disposal fees
• Overloaded or misrepresented jobs

We reserve the right to refuse hazardous, illegal, unsafe, or restricted materials.

8. Payments

Payment is due according to the invoice, quote, or service agreement provided.

Falcon Exterior Solutions, LLC may accept payment by cash, card, electronic payment, invoice payment link, or other approved payment methods.

Late payments may result in additional fees, collection activity, or refusal of future service.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to provide access may result in a cancellation or rescheduling fee.

Weather-related delays may require rescheduling. Safety comes first. We are not climbing on wet roofs, working during lightning, or pretending Florida weather has manners.
