Falcon Exterior Solutions, LLC is a service-based business. We provide exterior cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, hauling, and property cleanup services. Because our work involves scheduled labor, equipment, travel, and service time, our refund policy is different from a product-based store.
Service Payments
Payments made for completed services are generally non-refundable once the work has been performed.
Before service begins, we will review the requested scope of work, pricing, and any known property concerns. Once the customer approves the service and the work is completed, payment is due according to the invoice or agreement provided.
Deposits
Some jobs may require a deposit to reserve a service date, secure equipment, schedule labor, or cover upfront planning.
Deposits may be non-refundable if:
- The customer cancels too close to the scheduled service date
- Materials, labor, or disposal arrangements have already been scheduled
- Falcon Exterior Solutions, LLC has already reserved time or resources for the job
- The customer fails to provide access to the property
If a deposit is refundable, that will be confirmed in writing before payment is made.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule service when possible. However, same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to provide access may result in a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
Weather-related rescheduling does not count as a customer cancellation. If weather or unsafe conditions prevent us from completing the service, we will work with the customer to schedule a new service date.
Service Concerns
If a customer has a concern about the completed work, they must contact Falcon Exterior Solutions, LLC within 24 hours of service completion.
Please include:
- Name
- Property address
- Date of service
- Description of the concern
- Photos, if applicable
We will review the concern and determine the appropriate next step. When reasonable, this may include a follow-up visit, correction of an issue, partial credit, or another resolution.
No Guarantee of Complete Stain Removal
Some stains, discoloration, oxidation, rust, oil marks, algae, mold, mildew, or surface damage may not be fully removable.
Results can vary based on the surface age, condition, material, prior maintenance, and type of buildup. Falcon Exterior Solutions, LLC does not guarantee that every stain or mark will be completely removed.
Pre-Existing Property Conditions
Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by pre-existing property conditions, including but not limited to:
- Loose paint
- Oxidized siding
- Cracked stucco
- Damaged roof tiles or shingles
- Leaking windows or doors
- Loose fixtures
- Old or failing caulking
- Damaged screens
- Poor drainage
- Pre-existing stains
- Worn or deteriorated surfaces
Customers are responsible for notifying us of known problem areas before service begins.
Hauling and Cleanup Services
For hauling and property cleanup services, pricing is based on labor, load size, disposal requirements, material type, weight, and access.
Refunds are not provided after items, debris, or materials have been loaded, hauled, disposed of, or transferred for disposal.
Additional charges may apply if the actual job is larger, heavier, more labor-intensive, or different from what was originally described.
Refund Review
Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
