By submitting a quote request or scheduling services with Falcon Exterior Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer.
• Final pricing may change after visual inspection or confirmation of project scope.
• Submitting a quote request does not create a binding service agreement until the quote and schedule are confirmed.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.
• Customers should move vehicles, fragile items, furniture, decorations, plants, and personal belongings away from areas being cleaned or serviced prior to the scheduled appointment.

Limitations of Liability

• Falcon Exterior Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose paint, weak surfaces, damaged screens, failing seals, cracked concrete, old stains, oxidation, or improperly installed materials.
• Some stains, discoloration, rust, oil, mildew, or buildup may not be fully removable. Results may vary depending on surface condition and age.

Scheduling & Weather

• Weather conditions may affect scheduling. We will make every effort to notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible to allow us to accommodate other customers.

Hauling & Cleanup Services

• Hauling and cleanup services may be subject to disposal restrictions, weight limits, material restrictions, and additional fees depending on the nature of the materials.
• Hazardous materials are not accepted unless specifically agreed upon in writing and legally permitted under applicable regulations.

Payment

Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at the time of scheduling. Failure to pay may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
